  1. Customer Support

Creators must resolve customer issues within seven (7) days of receiving a complaint.

Consistently addressing customer concerns ensures a high standard of service.

  1. Product Updates & Maintenance

Creators must provide monthly necessary updates and introduce Features/Product Improvement to enhance user experience.

  1. Administrative Charges

A administrative fee will be deducted per sale, payable to Reworks Games for platform maintenance and Hosting services.

12% fee for Normal Product Services. (Hosting Services Only)

18% fee for Security, Secure from piracy from pirater, we are using new methods of security (Hosting & Security)

The administrative fee may be increased or decreased based on website maintenance requirements. 

  1. Compliance & Penalties

Creators must comply with all platform guidelines.

If a vendor wishes to leave the platform, they must provide a minimum of one (3) week’s notice before discontinuing their products.

If a creator shifts to another platform without prior notice, they will be liable to pay a ₹5,000 penalty. Additionally, Reworks Games will not share user data with the creator in any way.

If terms are violated, the agreement may be terminated; however, existing customers will No access to previously purchased products.

If you have a previous product, you must delist it from the previous site before listing it on Reworks Games. This is done to ensure that customers do not have to search for the product’s creator on multiple platforms. This term only applies to Rolling Stocks, Locomotives, Freight, etc. Currently, it does not apply to Routes.  

  1. Exclusive Sales Rights

Selling products on any platform other than www.reworksgames.in is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this clause will be considered a breach of contract and may lead to a ₹10,000 fine for violating T&C. Additionally, Reworks Games will not share user data with the creator in any way.

  1. Sales & Payment Structure

Payouts will be processed Monthly 28 Days. Every 28th Date

In case of any discount offered by the vendors exceeding 50%, or in the case of a free offer, the administrative commission will still be applicable on the base fare of the product.

7. Creators Eligibility & Documentation

Creator must be 18 years or older to sell on the platform.

Submission of valid Indian Government ID proof (Aadhaar or PAN and Passport Size Photo) is mandatory for registration.

  1. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Creators failing to comply with these terms may have their products Selling Stopped until compliance is restored.

Selling Stopped does not terminate the digital agreement, and Reworks Games reserves the right to take necessary actions against non-compliant Creator’s (Vendor’s).

Reworks Games retains the authority to modify or update these terms as per future business needs.

  1. Confidentiality of Reworks (Creators) WA Group

Conversations from the Reworks (Team) WhatsApp Group must not be shared in any other group, personal groups, or on social media.

Sharing such information can create trust issues, which the platform aims to prevent.

If a Creators is found violating this rule, their selling privileges will be suspended for (15) days as a penalty.

  1. Additional Platform Regulations

Product Quality Assurance: Creators must ensure that their products are fully functional, free of major bugs, and regularly maintained.

Fair Pricing Policy: Artificial inflation or misleading discounts to manipulate customer perception is prohibited.

Transparency in Communication: Creators must provide accurate product descriptions and must not mislead customers about features or functionality.

Support for Platform Initiatives: Creators should actively participate in promotional events, discounts, and platform-wide sales to maximize their reach.

Data Protection & Privacy: Creators must not misuse customer data obtained through transactions or platform interactions. Any breach of privacy will result in Fine of 10,000. If a customer accuses you of a privacy breach, Reworks will not be held responsible for such matters in any way — the responsibility will lie solely between the creator and the customer.

To protect user privacy, Reworks Games will never share user data with creators without user approval. If this happens, it will be considered a User Data Leak.

  1. Scenario Development Responsibility

Creators must provide at least two (2) new Scenarios per month for their listed products.

These scenarios must be listed exclusively only Reworks Games.

Creators can earn by creating and listing new scenarios, and no administrative fee will be charged on Scenario sales.

This initiative is aimed at continuously enriching the gaming experience for users and offering creators an additional earning opportunity.

  1. Special Note:

Reworks Games will never allow the same products to be listed multiple times on the platform to maintain product uniqueness and customer trust.  

No one is allowed to share details of any upcoming products with anyone, anywhere, until the production work is at least 90% complete. In case someone does share it, that product will not be listed on Reworks Games.

  1. Agreement Acceptance

By listing your products on Reworks Games, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in penalties, legal action, or termination of creator privileges.
