1. Definitions & Agreement Scope

  • These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use and purchase of add-ons from reworksgames.in.
  • By purchasing or using our add-ons, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these T&C.

2. License & Usage Rights

  • Add-ons are only for your personal enjoyment, only inside the Train Simulator game.
  • You are only granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them as mentioned in these rules.
  • Add-ons are strictly for non-commercial personal use unless written permission is obtained.

3. Restrictions on Use

You are not allowed to:

  1. Share, distribute, or sell add-ons.
  2. Share account details or add-on files with anyone.
  3. Use any part of the add-ons (textures, models, components) in creating third-party routes or add-ons.
  4. Copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile our add-ons.
  5. Use add-ons for:
    • Illegal, hateful, or harmful activity.
    • Creating piracy tools.
    • Injecting malicious files (virus/trojans etc.).
    • Re-uploading content with your own name.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All add-ons are protected under copyright and IP laws.
  • reworksgames.in holds all rights.
  • Scenery and assets belong solely to reworksgames.in.

5. Account Rules

  1. Account Security
    • You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.
    • Unauthorized use from your account will be at your own risk.
    • If compromised, you must notify us immediately.
  2. Account Details Update Policy
    • Registered email or phone number can only be changed once in 5 years.
    • A ₹500 service charge will apply.
    • Free update is allowed if a new product is purchased.

6. Age Restriction

  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  • Users below 18 need parents’/guardian’s permission.

7. Payment & Fraud Policy

  • All payments must go through authorized payment gateways.
  • Fraudulent transactions will result in immediate suspension.
  • Legal action may be taken for fraud.

8. Refund Policy

  • Add-ons are digital products → all sales are final.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
  • Please check compatibility and product details before purchase.

9. System Performance & Responsibility

  • Add-ons are provided “as is”.
  • Performance may vary depending on your system.
  • We are not responsible for crashes, lag, or incompatibility.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their system/game version.
  • Before purchasing any product from the Reworks Games platform, the user must install and log in to the Reworks Games Client Application to verify whether the application runs properly on their system. If the application does not function correctly, the user should refrain from making a purchase. Ensuring system compatibility and application functionality is solely the user’s responsibility.

10. Updates & Modifications

  • We may update, patch, or modify add-ons at any time.
  • Older versions may be disabled.
  • Installing updates may be mandatory for compatibility and security.

11. Sharing on Social Media

  • You may create videos/images using add-ons and share them on social media.
  • Proper credit to reworksgames.in is mandatory.
  • Scenery assets cannot be reused in third-party projects.

11.1 No Controversial or Misleading Content

  • Users must not upload or share any media (videos, images, etc.) that is controversial, misleading, comparative, offensive, or illegal in nature
  • In case of violation, your access may be revoked, and reworksgames.in reserves full rights to remove or delete any uploaded content without prior notice.

12. Community Guidelines

  • Users must maintain respectful behavior.
  • Harassment, hate speech, abusive, or illegal activity is prohibited.

13. Data Collection & Privacy Disclaimer

  • Certain data (system info, crash reports, analytics) may be collected.
  • This data is only for improving services and ensuring security.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Website may include links to third-party services (YouTube, Discord, payment gateways).
  • We are not responsible for those services.
  • Users must follow their terms separately.

15. Service Availability

  • Website or download service may face downtime (maintenance, technical issues, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for such interruptions.

16. Beta Content / Early Access Disclaimer

  • Add-ons in Beta/Early Access may contain bugs or incomplete content.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for such versions.

17. Termination & Violations

  • If you violate these T&C, your access may be terminated.
  • Repeated violations can lead to permanent suspension without notice.
  • After termination, you will not regain access even if the product was purchased.

18. Indemnity Clause

  • If your actions cause legal issues (illegal sharing, copyright violations, misuse), reworksgames.in will not be responsible.
  • You will be solely responsible and must indemnify us.

19. Liability Limitation

  • reworksgames.in is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (data loss, crashes, financial loss).
  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

20. Force Majeure Clause

  • We are not responsible for interruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disaster, cyber-attack, government ban, war, server failure, etc.).

21. Export Control & Restricted Use

  • Export or use of add-ons is prohibited in countries restricted by Indian law or international sanctions.

22. Transfer & Assignment

  • Users cannot transfer/assign their license without written approval.
  • We may transfer our rights (e.g., company restructuring).

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed under Indian Law.
  • Legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of (your city – e.g., Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore).

24. Severability Clause

  • If any part of these T&C is declared invalid by court, the rest will still remain enforceable.

25. Waiver Clause

  • If we choose not to act on a violation once, it does not mean future violations will be ignored.

26. Entire Agreement

  • These T&C, along with the EULA and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and reworksgames.in.
  • Any prior verbal/written agreements are void.

27. Support & Communication Policy

  • Support is available only via official channels (support email, website ticket system).
  • Responses on social media/third-party forums are not official support.
  • Official communication will only be from our registered email/domain (example: support@reworksgames.in).
  • We are not responsible for fake/phishing emails.

28. Content Ownership on Upload

  • If users upload or submit content (mods, screenshots, etc.) on our site/community, they grant us a non-exclusive license to use it (for marketing, showcase, etc.).
