How will I deregister my old system and assign my new system?
To switch systems, please contact us from your registered email ID. Our support team will assist you in deregistering the old system and linking your account to the new one. You’re allowed up to 6 system changes per year.
How will I set up the Railworks directory in the app?
Open the folder where Railworks is installed, copy the path, then paste it into the Railworks Directory field in the Settings section of the ClientApp. After that, click on "Set Railworks Directory" to complete the setup.
Note 1: Please temporarily disable Windows Defender while installing the app. Since the app does not yet include a digital signature, Windows may flag it as unknown or untrusted.
