Important Update: Application Downtime, Upcoming Release, and Support Notice
Dear Reworks Games Community,

I am Ganesh Bansode, Founder and Developer of the Reworks Games Platform.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize to all the users who have been unable to enjoy their gameplay seamlessly due to our recent technical downtimes and server issues. I completely understand your frustration and disappointment. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the persistent problems you have faced over the past month since the launch of our new application.

Working continuously on the development has been highly stressful, and it has unfortunately begun to affect my health. Due to this physical and mental exhaustion, there have been unexpected delays in our release schedule. In my eagerness to push out updates quickly to resolve these delays, several major errors were inadvertently left in the application.

Specifically, App Version 2.9.0, which was released on Monday morning, failed to deliver the expected stability. Many users are experiencing login failures, issues with installing add-ons, and various other technical bugs. I hear your frustrations and am truly sorry for this situation.

At this moment, I need to take a day off to rest and recover. Being exhausted makes it difficult to focus calmly and effectively on development, and I want to ensure I give my best to this project.

Moving forward, my complete focus is on making the upcoming App Version 3.0 fully stable. This time, we will conduct rigorous testing and comprehensive quality checks before the public release. My goal is to ensure you do not face repeated errors and can finally enjoy a smooth, stable gaming experience.

Please note that our servers are currently offline, meaning all application services will be temporarily unavailable for the next two days.

Expected Stable Release Date: June 12th – 13th
(Please note: The update will only be released to the public once all known issues and reported errors are completely resolved.)

Over the past 8 days, I have been under continuous stress, working extensively on system applications and trying to resolve activation errors. This has left me physically exhausted and mentally drained. Along with that, I have also been dealing with anxiety, and the prolonged stress has significantly impacted my overall health.

I would like to make one sincere request to all of you — please try to understand the situation, cooperate with patience, and support us during this time. I truly hope you can empathize with what we are going through, and I also understand the difficulties you all might be facing.

This was the final new application update we were working on, so I kindly ask for your support. Please refrain from trolling or making false allegations — we are honestly doing our best.
