4. System Performance and Your Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any performance issues with your game or computer after installing our add-ons.
  • It is your responsibility to check that the add-ons are compatible with your version of the game and your computer.

  • Do not use our scenery assets in third-party routes or other projects.

5.1 No Controversial or Misleading Content

  • You are not allowed to upload any media (videos, images, etc.) that is controversial, misleading, offensive, or illegal.
  • Violating this rule may result in your access to our add-ons being revoked.

6. No Refund Policy

  • Since our add-ons are digital products, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason.
  • Make sure to review the product details and compatibility before making a purchase.

7. Violation of These Terms

  • Any breach of these terms can result in the termination of your access to our add-ons.

9. Account Details Update Policy

Users are allowed to change their registered email or phone number only once every 5 years. A service charge of ₹500 will apply, or the user must purchase a new product to be eligible for a free update.

Upon submitting a change request, an Agreement Document will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp within 3 working days. You must sign the agreement and submit it via the official website.
Once submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for the update to be processed.
